Why we exist

Honest brands shouldn’t lose to loud ones.

Claims Verified reviews supplement marketing claims. One published standard, applied the same way to every brand, with a licensed pharmacist’s name on every signed verdict.

AI claims defence for supplement brands

The marketplaces and ad networks that carry your sales now review claims by machine, at a scale no human team can match. Amazon says its systems are “scanning billions of attempted changes to product detail pages daily.” Google says it stopped over 99% of policy-violating ads before they ran in 2025. The FDA now uses AI to compare labels faster. A claim that sat unnoticed for years can be caught on your next edit, and a flag can suppress a listing, reject an ad, or put your payouts on hold.

Claims Verified is the AI on your side. It reads every line you publish, from listings, site, ads and emails to the label and what AI assistants tell shoppers about you, against 109 published rules from nineteen rulebooks. You get the strongest wording the rules allow, so the keyword, the benefit and the sale stay. You see your rank against the best-sellers in your category. A licensed pharmacist signs the file you can show Amazon, a processor or a buyer. On monitoring, we keep reading every month.

Ruled first. Signed. Still selling.

Why we started
“We kept seeing careful brands caught in sweeps built for the worst actors, while the loudest claims kept winning.”

Supplement brands are judged by machines now. Amazon, Meta and Google read claims automatically, and they and the payment processors can act without warning. The rules they enforce are public, but nobody applies them the same way twice, and a brand has no way to prove it checked.

We built Claims Verified so a brand doing it properly can prove it. We publish the rules, rule every claim against them, and a licensed pharmacist signs the verdict. The brands that pass can show it. The ones that don’t get the exact lines to change, rewritten to the strongest wording the rules allow.

The problem

Supplement marketing became an arms race.

01
The boldest claim wins the click

Brands that over-claim can outsell the ones that don’t, until a machine notices.

02
Trust words got cheap

Anyone can print “clinically studied” or design their own badge. Platforms now read past both.

03
AI repeats whatever ranks

Assistants can answer shoppers from old pages and loud claims, including lines a brand already removed.

04
Machines enforce the rules now

Automated review can catch careful brands in the same sweep as reckless ones, and rarely says which line.

76%of the 2,243 best-selling supplement listings we ruled carry at least one Critical or High finding, against the standards in force at each scan.
106of the 196 FDA supplement warning letters we read from 2017 to 2026 cite drug claims in marketing.
3%of those listings pass with nothing to fix.
What we believe

The honest claim should be the winning claim.

Rules should be public

A verdict you can’t check is just an opinion. Every standard we apply is published, with its source.

A person should answer for it

Software can flag a phrase. A licensed pharmacist reviews every finding and signs the file, with the date.

Copy within the rules should still sell

Taking claims away is half the job. We give back the strongest wording the rules allow.

Our independence, in writing

We don’t sell a pass.

01The fee never moves with the verdictThe fee is the same whether you pass or fail. Paying more never changes a verdict.
02We write the rewrites, and say soEvery failing line comes back rewritten to keep the sale. The rewrites are ruled against the same published standards as your own copy, so any reader can check them line by line.
03The Mark is earned, and taken back automaticallyA Mark licence is suspended on the register automatically when 35 days pass without a completed re-scan, or when a re-scan finds a Critical the reviewer does not overrule within 3 days.
04The rules are public, and so are our mistakesAll 109 standards are published, so anyone can check a verdict against its rule. Findings we withdraw are listed, with the reason.
05We never name a failing brandWe publish patterns across the market. Your findings go to you alone.
06We report to youWe are not a regulator. We do not send your findings to Amazon, Meta, the FDA, the FTC or anyone else, unless the law requires it. The only exception is a serious risk to health, which the reviewer’s professional duty covers. You hear from us first.
